Episode 13 comes in with $13k and in the past 30 days, my real estate business has generate over $15,000. This new business is a great compliment to everything else that I have going on. This episode documents my last few months investing in real estate, searching for wholesale deals and talking with motivated sellers of land and homes. Last week, I sold my fifth house. Last year, around this time, I didn't have one house under contract. Right now, I have at least 10 houses for sale. I can barely keep up with the amount of business that's coming in.
