Rest in Peace to Young Dolph and condolences to his family and friends. In this clip from last weeks consultation, we discuss the untimely passing of rapper Young Dolph. Young Dolph was gunned down last week in his own hometown of Memphis, TN. In 2013, I had the chance to meet and talk with Dolph and I remember him coming across very genuine. It was sad news when I heard that he passed away last week. In this video I share my thoughts and condolences.

Communication is KEY

Communication is key. Don't be scared to talk to people. Be like George Costanza and do the opposite of what you'd normally do (in a good way). Be available to people and take time to listen to others. Always keep your ego in check and give a few seconds to think before you speak or respond. You don't need to respond to everything someone says to you. Sometimes silence is the best response. Always be respectful to other people and speak how you would want to be spoken to.
